Engineering Insurance and Inspection Course

This interactive workshop addresses the need for compliance with statutory inspection requirements and is suitable to those new to the industry or with a basic knowledge of the subject.

Cover for protection of pressure plant, lifting and handling, electrical and mechanical plant is discussed together with the need to dovetail with the property programme. Examples of plant failures are included.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The training methodology combines lectures, discussions, group exercises and illustrations. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of the topics. The emphasis is on the practical application of the topics and as a result participant will go back to the workplace with both the ability and the confidence to apply the techniques learned to their duties.
